The Food and Beverage Associate is responsible for welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, and processing payment for guests of the venue in which they are working. The F&B Associate will be responsible for ensuring all guests have a fantastic first impression of our F&B Venues as well as the last impression just before the guests leave the Restaurant. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of cashier station, menus, and all other tools necessary for their position. Responsible for answering the telephone.
LIST OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The following represents the majority of the duties performed by the position, but is not meant to be all inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary.
1. Greet, take food and beverage orders, and process payment.
2. Maintain outstanding guest service relations for all guests entering and leaving the Restaurant.
3. Answer Venue telephone.
4. Provide a safe and sanitary work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
One year of work experience is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Good customer service skills.
- Proficiently operate basic office equipment, computer, and basic computer programs utilized in daily operations (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Must be able to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License and/or OHRC License. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have ability to acquire a Food Handler’s Card from the Cherokee Nation.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
Moderate exposure to smoke, extreme temperatures, dirt, chemicals, dust, and fumes. Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
Must be able to lift and carry 10lbs .
