Human Resources Information Systems Specialist - with Lawson
Human Resources Information Systems Specialist needed. Under general supervision, is responsible for the processing of all employee information and maintaining employee records within the Lawson HRIS system. The HRIS Specialist will analyze and maintain the HRIS system for the input, integrity and confidentiality of all employee data and files. The candidate must have a strong understanding of Lawson database structure, functions, processes, and experience with databases tools. RESPONSIBILITIES: Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and reportdata as necessary. Delivers daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, employee transfers, salary increases and benefits data as directed. Acts as primary contact for assigned function; responds to technical administrative questions andensures necessary follow up. Provides administrative support such as needed. Preparation of notices, manuals, agendas, and correspondence with all supporting documentation, requiring application of specialized knowledge of the assigned function. QUALIFICATIONS: Three to five experience with Lawson HRIS. Acute attention to detail. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
