PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Provides secretarial services to Director of Crisis Services and his/her direct staff – administrative, fiscal and management. Supervise program Unit Secretaries.

EDUCATION:
High School graduate, Business School Graduation preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and computer skills

Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Has proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and various databases.

Familiar with Network systems, fax machines, copier and laser printer.

Has a minimum typing skill of 55 wpm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to all administrative staff.

Type confidential material, reports, letters, contacts, itinerary, and agenda dictated or original source documents into draft or final form, maintaining confidentiality.

Responsible for Grant typing and preparation. Collate PR packets.

Maintains administrative and personnel files.

Attend Administrative meetings, taking minutes, transcribing, copying and distributing.

Assist/train staff in using various software packages, i.e. Word, Excel, Freelance, and Lotus.

Assist in formulating reports requested by the Director of Crisis Services.

Function as part of an interdisciplinary, program or agency team, attending team meetings when necessary.

Maintains office supplies
