A Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for protecting company assets from internal and external sources of theft.
Primary duties include CCT camera scans, internal/external apprehensions, LP audits (e.g. sales, register, jewelry, etc.)
Investigates charge card fraud
Facilitates LP awareness training
Performs additional tasks as required
High School diploma/equivalency is required. Prior loss prevention experience and minimum of 1 year retail experience essential. Individual must possess excellent verbal/written skills, excellent organization skills, and conflict resolution/problem-solving abilities. Must possess a professional demeanor and have basic computer skills.
