Work Monday-Friday in hospitality! Sodexo is seeking a General Manager of foodservice in New Castle, DE for a high profile corporate dining account. The program is consistently seeking variety and is highly marketed. Outstanding customer service is required and defined communication a skill. Manager is hands on and knowledgeable with all customers in this 300 person account. There is free parking. Generally serving breakfast and lunch and some catering Monday through Friday. Candidate must be able to pass client background requirements . This GM also provides administrative and menu assistance to two nearby accounts.
Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
