The purpose of this position is to coordinate the activities of the administrative support staff in the Electronic Filing Programs Unit, which must be carried out in order to meet Division and Department goals and objectives. Functions include all first line supervisory duties such as setting priorities, and reviewing and directing work of two to four permanent and temporary clerical staff in the unit. Position is responsible for overseeing activities related to software developer testing for electronic filing programs. Position also serves as the primary user code and transaction rights security manger for the Division.
Required Education and Experience:
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
Four years of office experience involving administrative support office practices, including two years equivalent to an E7-level administrative support worker.
