This position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation an e-commerce site solution and managing the aftermarket search engine optimization. This role will work on a breadth of projects such as managing data feeds, working with programmers on website upgrades, and developing promotional product offerings, etc…
Facilitate the development and execution of the new Hussmann Aftermarket Parts e-commerce site.
Responsible for executing sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets, as well as develop forecast targets for future months.
Manage the development of marketing programs to drive incremental traffic on e-commerce.
Work with the Aftermarket & IT teams to develop and manage the product database that will drive the e-commerce site performance.
Oversee UI testing for the core web experience from design to implementation through AB testing tools to ensure the best user experience and increase revenue.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in search engine optimization and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.
Develop & execute on the product roadmap and vet business cases; employing industry best practices, competitive insights, and market trends.
Build and maintain a prioritized product offering backlog that supports approved initiatives and corporate strategy.
Identifies and establishes department, category or campaign-level key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and forecasts. Leads actionable plans
Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing preferred
3 + years in E-commerce; experience in website management.
Product Management experience
Database management experience, a plus
Pricing management experience, a plus
Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel and strong analytical skills
Experience working with all levels of management in various departments
Excellent verbal and written skills
