Partnering with our client, we are currently searching for a Drilling and Completions Superintendent.

Providing day-to-day management of Drilling and Completion well-site supervisors including hiring, scheduling, and supervision.
Implementing stated company Environmental, Health, and, Safety Policy through pro-active management at the field level.
Managing projects and timing in a multi-disciplined environment to achieve Division goals. This would include overall logistics from site-construction through hand-off to Production Group.
Working with Drilling and Completion engineers as peers to develop safe and low cost procedures for well operations.
Working with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) for identification of qualified vendors in multiple areas.
Identifying, evaluating, and selecting of qualified drilling and completion rigs.
Having direct input and responsibility for cost control and ensuring operations stay within budget.


Eligible to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
10+ years drilling and completions experience.
Willingness to travel 10%, to field locations to review safety, technical issues, and operating practices as needed.
1+ years of supervisory experience.
Familiarity with computerized reporting system ideally with exposure to the SAP based financial environment.
Thorough understanding of all financial aspects of drilling including budgeting, preparation of AFE's, cost forecasting, estimation of service company contract values.
Ability to mentor less experienced engineers/rig supervisors and local staff.
Proven track record of cost control and streamlining operations to reduce overall costs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience and comfort working in a self-directed team with high performance expectations.
Excellent judgment and decision making ability regarding technical matters.
