The RN is responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices. Assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians. Will provide service in assigned areas throughout the hospital.
Sitting, standing, walking, lifting above shoulders/waist level/below knees- max. 35lbs, push/pull- max. 35lbs, carrying- max. 35lbs, balance, stooping/crouching, grasping/writing, finger dexterity/keyboarding, reaching below shoulders, reaching above shoulders, reaching across, rotation standing, bending at waist >45°.

Required qualifications: Minimum one year current Peds RN experience in a hospital based Peds unit. One year current pediatric critical care experience. MN licensure, BLS certification. PALS certification within six months of hire. (Peds ED)
Preferred Qualifications: BSN. Certification in Pediatric clinical specialty. (5C)One year current PICU, NICU or pediatric emergency department experience.
