I. POSITION PURPOSE:
This individual will work along with Product Performance Managers to create reports that identify warranty and source trends, assess risks, product performance//health and determine rate of potential warranty exposure. Prepare and summarize report findings. Format data to be easily understood to all areas of AGCO including, Engineering, Dealer Support, Production and Management.
II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
•Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as well as ad-hoc reports and analysis. Key Measurement: responsible for Monthly Product Reliability Key Process Initiatives reporting (working in conjunction with Product Reliability Administrative Assistant.
•Establish process and procedure to ensure data integrity, consistency and understanding. Key Measurement: responsible for development and use of future systems tools used to analyze and identify product issues.
•Develop reports to predict warranty costs over the “end of life” of the product.
BA/BS Degree with statistical/mathematical background
IT/IS degree/experience helpful
IV. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have experience with web-based analytics and business intelligence
Some experience with reliability studies, identification of issues, trends or risk assessments
Ability to effectively and efficiently set priorities and handle multiple assignments in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and present findings and recommendations in the context of business goals.
Strong familiarity with measurement practices and technology
Skilled at the use of standard office applications and knowledge of advanced statistical analysis using Excel or specialized statistical packages
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
Experience in analyzing & quantifying data and preparing reports
V. TRAINING & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specific to excel and access
Microsoft Office Applications
Exposure to Weibull analysis preferred
Repair Time Frequency
Familiarity with Cognos 8.3 Business Intelligence tool.
