Provide secretarial and administrative support for the Asymmetric Operations Department.
Duties (Listed in order of importance with the estimated amount of time spent at each task):
1. Prepare travel arrangements and travel/expense reimbursements; prepare TERR (Transportation Expense Reimbursement Request) for local travel and EBER (Employee Business Expense Reimbursement) to request non travel related reimbursements; provide registration assistance for various conferences and events. (40%)
2. Provide support to Branch, Program and Executive Administrators including calendar work; effectively coordinate internal and external meetings; maintain group and staff records; create and review documents, memos, and other correspondence; prioritize and expedite day to day administrative tasks; provide presentation assistance; prepare and review material for supervisor’s signatures; collaborate with security and visitor control to coordinate clearances for incoming and outgoing visits; maintain cognizance of security policies and procedures and assist as needed with security functions; assist with morale and recognition events. (50%)
3. Serve as the PEMS (Property Equipment Management System) Property Associate for QSO. Handle surplus and location changes of all QSO Property. Support Department property management processes and respond to requests for asset information/status. Maintain QSO property spreadsheet. (10%)

High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of five years of relevant administrative experience.
Exceptionally strong verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks; a highly motivated self starter who works well both independently and effectively with others.
Must possess excellent attention to detail, and must be able to recognize and correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and logical organization errors.
Must possess the Proficiency in the following PC applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Secret clearance or higher, due to access to sensitive information.
Familiarity with APL practices and procedures, including travel and security.
Active TS/SCI clearance (or higher), due to access to sensitive information.
