      Serves as Maintenance Concept Improvement Analyst for B-2 CY2013 ICS effort. Reviews repair usage data associated with each applicable LRU. Validates consumption reports provided by the OEM including LRUs, SRUs, piece parts, and materials. Reviews material purchasing history to identify long lead-time parts or materials. Determines if current sources of supply are valid and evaluates parts/source availability. Reviews sustaining engineering data for both planned and completed modifications. Develops final limited overhaul repair plan; determines percentage of LRU performance improvement and validates performance goal. Determines estimated performance improvement in on-wing time. Develops forecast and availability for improvement parts and materials.

      Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in math, science or technical field +9 years experience in aircraft maintenance and aerospace industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Experience with Microsoft Project and Access highly desirable. Security clearance and Program Access required. Must be familiar with Military logistics databases: Fedlog/WebFlis, DoD Emall, DMSMS Knowledge Sharing Portal, DLA, etc. Must have ability to read and interpret drawings and be familiar with Air Force Technical Data and possess ability to interpret logistics support data i.e. (MTBF, TAT, Lead-times, consumption data, etc.). Must be able to evaluate electronic and mechanical systems operation and maintenance systems concepts in order to make valid process recommendations.
