Developer Technical Support (DTS) is a team of engineers working closely with third-party developers to help them build and ship the best iPhone and Mac applications possible. We are the front-line engineering resource, answering a wide range of code-level questions, creating sample code and other technical resources and improving the overall Apple Developer experience. We're looking for an experienced software engineer or brilliant new college graduate who's passionate about making our developers successful.You'll work regularly with Apple Engineering, Evangelism, Marketing and other teams, and represent Apple and DTS at internal and external meetings and events (including WWDC and Tech Talks). This is a high-visibility, people-oriented, customer-driven position, working with a wide range of developers, from new-to-the-platform to industry vets.As an ideal candidate, you will be an experienced developer, having shipped quality Mac or iPhone software, with at least three years of Cocoa/Objective-C and significant iPhone experience.
