The Client Finance Analyst is responsible for:
The successful individual will leverage their knowledge and experience to:
Enter expenses into the client finance system. Enter/record adjustments and savings. Enter A/R and A/P including fees and expenses
Review codes, enter and initiate payments for supplier invoices, including household goods invoices, inspection invoices, appraisal invoices, broker bills, etc
Assist with other client finance department duties as needed, including filing and voucher entry
Set-up/initiate electronic and hard files
Assist the Relocation Operations training department as requested/as needed. This would include mentoring for on-the-job training, employee development and acting as a subject matter expert. Provide direction and feedback to new team members and constructive performance feedback to management.
The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor degree preferred
Must be detail oriented and have good analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be organized, able to function as part of a team, a self-starter, and quality focused
Financial/accounting knowledge preferred
Understand and embrace the direction/strategy of SIRVA Relocation
Strong customer service skills
Strong computer skills
