DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the President of RSG. The successful candidate will be experienced in handling and managing various administrative and executive support duties and occasionally provide assistance to other members of the Executive team as needed. The ability to interact at all levels with staff efficiently and proactively with a high regard for confidentiality and in a professional manner is critical to this role. Just as important his/her ability to pay attention to detail, exercise good judgment and must have demonstrated excellent written and communication skills. This position will be based in our Half Moon Bay, California office.

DUTIES

While other duties may be assigned, essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain, communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications, contact lists and other documents including summarizing meeting minutes and other action items
Interact with senior executives, customers and vendors, employees and Corporate partners with a high degree of professionalism
Arrange, coordinate and handle travel arrangements; set-up meetings/conference calls and all materials and logistics related to it; prepare presentation materials and other business documents
Manage the President's calendar and schedule meetings for the President
Streamline daily office operations and anticipate executive needs
Special projects and other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word,

PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint.

At least 10 years professional work experience, preferably in an executive/administrative assistant role.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency, flexibility, initiative, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Must be resourceful and professional at all times, have a sense of humor and understand balance of both
