IGN is currently in the midst of big technology upgrades and is looking for an experienced Media Analyst to join the Ad Operations team. We are on the forefront of all the latest digital advertising platforms in display, video, and mobile. The Media Analyst is responsible for reviewing and approving insertion orders, ad inventory avails, and conducting regular daily, weekly and monthly media reporting to maximize revenue for IGN. - Provide accurate ad inventory levels of all ad product impressions available to Sales teams • Review and approve signed contracts against quotes to ensure 100% accuracy • Process all submitted orders and change orders in a timely manner according to policies and procedures • Work closely with Sales and Campaign Managers and drive recommendations related to orders and campaign delivery • Conduct standard and custom reports on a regular basis to identify key ROI drivers What will get you in the door? • BS/BA Degree • 1-2 years of experience in online media or in a comparable web and/or business role • Strong analytical and computer/tech skills; expert in Excel (knowledge of advanced features: Macros, complex formulas). Fluent with other MS Office applications • Experience working with large data sets, interpreting data trends and reporting results, verbal or written in a clear and effective manner • Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and great organizational abilities • Working knowledge of advertising industry a plus It would be extra awesome if hellip; • You have a strong analytical foundation (never met a spreadsheet you didn ’t like) • You have order management or ad server experience such as DFP, FreeWheel, DSM, Operative, Solbright etc. • You ’ve got a passion for games and the gaming industry Here ’s the good stuff about us hellip; • You ’ll make an impact.
