Regular/Temporary: Regular Return to Previous Page Responsibilities Anticipate staffing needs of assigned locations and develop a variety of ongoing, productive, low cost sources of talent. Participate in the development and implementation of staffing strategies. Market Citizens Bank as an Employer of Choice in assigned regions. Manage the internal and external process of assessing candidates. Coordinate interviews with management team. Communicate results to all candidates. Prepare and present job offers. Assist in conducting departmental orientation within assigned business units. Participate on projects. Sales recruitment and cold calling preferred experience preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
3-5 year recruiting experience.
Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Above average verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and PeopleSoft.
High volume Retail experience preferred. Hours and Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40
