Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant in Englewood, CO. The scope of this job is to provide administrative support to multiple managers and staff. This role requires independent judgment performed under general direction, using procedures standard to the organization. Daily work includes both routine tasks and special projects, such as creation of Power Point documents for manager presentations, ordering and tracking supplies, dealing with complaint records, compiling letters, accessing employees to various Allstate systems and other tasks as required.
This position could include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Manage phones, maintain calendars/follow-up systems, email. Schedule meetings/rooms, equipment and refreshments; secure travel arrangements and submit expense reports as needed.
Create presentations and documents utilizing basic grammar, spelling and format skills. This includes but is not limited to organizational charts, phone listings and employee listings.
Process incoming mail, order and stock supplies, maintain copy and fax machines.
Handle multiple demands on an on-going basis
QualificationsOur ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
At least 3 years of office/administrative experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent phone etiquette/the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Suite Word Power Point and Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Access SAP and B2B Requisitioning is a plus
Internet and Intranet navigation skills
Ability to learn quickly multi-task flexibility adaptability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
High School Diploma/GED
