Provides a variety of customer services through inbound calls. Serves as the liason between the customer and client.

Responsibilities:
Resolve customer questions, complaints, and request,
Provide pricing and delivery information, and processes orders
Record and verify account information such as names addresses, purchases, etc.
Educate customer on client's products and services

Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED
Stable work history
Strong communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate difficult calls
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Ability to work one shift every weekend.
