Location: Georgia/South Carolina - Southeast Region

Serve as general manager of a single Franchisee Performance Team (FPT) with ultimate responsibility for FPT and franchisee sales, profit and turnover. Work hands-on with franchisees to create sales goals and strategies and coach them on financial aspects of the business. Partner with recruiters to identify and select franchisees with the right skills and abilities to be successful. Monitor franchisee compliance. Serve as FPT leader by providing direct supervision and coaching to FPT members and maintaining ultimate decision-making responsibility for the FPT.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred

Equivalent internal experience would be running a top field group (defined by sales, EC losses and TDLs) for 3+ years

Management/supervisory experience

Business development or sales experience (minimum of one year)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Business and financial acumen

Able to balance empathy for franchisees, customers and subordinates with business objectives

Applied knowledge of the psychology of selling

Subject matter expert-level knowledge of franchise contracts

Ability to creatively and proactively solve franchisee problems and communicate these solutions

Adept at Microsoft Office
