My client is a community bank located in the Northern Liberties area and was founded in 2006. This location was chosen due to the re-development of the area which they have had a major impact on. The bank is in good financial standing and they have around a 72 million commercial portfolio, a strong lending team and portfolio.
At this time they are looking to bring in a Branch Manager: Requirements:
Min 5-7 years of Branch Management experience
IRA Knowledge*
Mentor and Guide a young staff (tellers, customer service, & platform staff)
Lending experience a plus but not required
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the staff of 7 people, branch operations and back office as well as the first person on call in event of emergency. IRA knowledge is a must but lending experience is beneficial though not required.
