The Client Services Associate learns all aspects of recruiting staff, managing and growing a caseload. Focused on assisting the Client Services Manager in delivering and coordinating client services, you’ll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office’s caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, families, referral sources, and community organizations.
The Client Services Associate provides administrative support in the areas of staffing, recruiting and personnel chart maintenance. Initial responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, data entry, assisting with staffing and recruiting functions, obtaining employment references, conducting field staff orientations and other projects as needed. This position requires superb customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work as the member of a team in a busy, high-energy environment. Prior experience in home care case management is a plus.
