Responsibilities:

Key areas of responsibility
  • Drive incremental ParaGard sales (both units and dollars) with key customers
  • Identify opportunities and execute contracts for large private group practices
  • Monthly tracking of contract performance and forecasting
  • Partner with Area Sales Director (ASD) to ensure alignment and drive Area business
  • Partner with the field sales team to develop selling plans for contracted groups
  • Influence policy changes, both financial and medical, to reduce barriers to utilization of ParaGard in key accounts
  • Influence reimbursement changes by working with field sales, managed markets, customers and payers
  • Work closely with all internal and external customers to ensure alignment to overall strategy
  • Identify additional opportunities for, and coordinate activities surrounding Placement
  • Demonstrations and IM Moderated programs in key accounts
  • Develop and leverage local KOL relationships
  • Execute plans to support brand strategies

Travel
  • Up to 75% travel required
  • Territory includes but is not limited to: NC to FL, over to TX, LA, etc.

Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree required. Advanced degree preferred
  • Previous experience selling medical devices, equipment or other buy and bill products
  • Minimum 2 years Pharmaceutical Management Experience with buy and bill products required or a current Leadership Development candidate
