Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk – We need someone to join a successful development team!
Company Profile: Our client is known as a full service investment and real estate developer committed to quality product and client satisfaction! This company has been in business successfully for over 50 years and they are looking for someone to join their team that will bring accounting and bookkeeping knowledge and expertise to their team!
Qualifications For Success:
Associates Degree Or Higher In Accounting, Finance; Or Equivalent Technical Skill Preferred Experience Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AR/AP) required General bookkeeping / general ledger experience required Ability to manage budget, and monitor variables required Capabilities In Most Of The Following: o Microsoft Excel 2010 – Spreadsheets & Data Entry
o Microsoft Word 2010
o Microsoft Outlook 2010
o Microsoft PowerPoint 2010
o SAGE accounting software preferred but experience in Peachtree, Traverse OR QuickBooks would be a plus
Experience working in warehouse and participating in inventory HIGHLY preferred Experience in construction, real estate industry highly preferred but NOT required Excellent Communication & Organization Skills Strong Work Ethic With A Firm Dedication To Accuracy and Detail Orientation
$16 - $18 / hour – Depending on experience 40 hours a week M-F 8a.m. – 5p.m.
