Under the direction of the Director of Nursing Practice and Professional Development, provides administrative and clerical support for the Patient Care Policy Committee as well as the Magnet initiative.
  • Must remain abreast of current Magnet standards and document submission requirements. Actively participates in magnet and policy meetings as needed to support the Director.
  • Prepares effective reports and presentations in a timely manner to meet key deadlines.
  • Responsible for independent project management including coordination of people and resources for timely and successful completion of projects, tracking metrics, troubleshooting and problem solving on all stated metrics as directed.
  • Responsible for supporting the director in creating and maintaining project status reports. Completes a variety of complex analyses, reports and databases.
  • Creates complex spreadsheets dashboards and databases.
  • Prepares reports as directed.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office procedures and standards to ensure efficient processes for the collection, collating and tracking of data and projects.
    • High School diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years experience in project management including collating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting and communicating data required.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and assemble data. Microsoft Office Suite (Access Preferred).
    • Ability to work with complex data with skill and accuracy. Demonstrated interpersonal skills.

    Other Information

    Full-time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

    Location 759 Chestnut St. Springfield, MA

    Testing Required - MS Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Typing
