Under the direction of the Director of Nursing Practice and Professional Development, provides administrative and clerical support for the Patient Care Policy Committee as well as the Magnet initiative.
Must remain abreast of current Magnet standards and document submission requirements. Actively participates in magnet and policy meetings as needed to support the Director.
Prepares effective reports and presentations in a timely manner to meet key deadlines.
Responsible for independent project management including coordination of people and resources for timely and successful completion of projects, tracking metrics, troubleshooting and problem solving on all stated metrics as directed.
Responsible for supporting the director in creating and maintaining project status reports. Completes a variety of complex analyses, reports and databases.
Creates complex spreadsheets dashboards and databases.
Prepares reports as directed.
Responsible for developing and implementing office procedures and standards to ensure efficient processes for the collection, collating and tracking of data and projects.
- High School diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in project management including collating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting and communicating data required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and assemble data. Microsoft Office Suite (Access Preferred).
- Ability to work with complex data with skill and accuracy. Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Full-time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
