Enterprise Account Executive

A worldwide leader in delivering end-to-end SOA, BPM, Portal and Security solutions standardized on IBM technologies, Prolifics is looking for a highly-driven and self motivated individual to join our Enterprise Sales Team. Responsibilities:
As an individual experience in the development of Enterprise accounts, you will leverage your excellent written and oral communication skills to identify new business as well as expand our presence within existing clients. Your primary focus will be on providing clients with large, complex, highly technical solutions across the Prolifics brand offerings. Our offerings cross several business units within our customers but are highly focused on leveraging IBM technologies in providing Industry Leading SOA, BPM, Portal, Identity Management, and Systems Integration Solutions. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing fortune 500 clients within assigned region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional IBM technology partners
  • Leverage strong relationships to identify opportunities to solve business problems by providing Prolifics solutions
  • Work with technical practices within Prolifics to design and propose solutions that meet and exceed client needs
  • Stay completely up to date on the cutting edge trends of all IBM technologies within the Prolifics portfolio
Prolifics solutions currently include but are not limited to end to end software development projects in the following business areas:

o SOA Infrastructure and Systems Integration

o Business Process Management

o Operational Decision Management

o Intelligent Portal and E-Commerce Solutions

o Social Business Collaboration

o Identity and Access Management

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years prior experience selling software based solutions into targeted accounts throughout the region
  • Recent experience selling some business infrastructure/middleware-type software(SOA, BPM/business process management, integration/EAI, is preferred
  • Recent and proven success in meeting and exceeding quota
  • Results-oriented approach which balance a "take charge" attitude with teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to work with prospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid closing skills
  • Experience in teaming with systems integrators is also required
  • Strong experience executing call plans, managing account-planning sessions and effectively implementing account strategies
  • BA/BS degree in the Technology arena along with solid familiarity with internet technologies, web portal initiatives and integration platforms is required
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
