Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for working with clients and prospects to meet net new business goals of the western region and larger institutional client group. The SRM will identify and cultivate prospect and client relationships, initiating new business opportunities and servicing existing revenue streams while maintaining the highest standards of the client experience at SSgA. Detailed knowledge of SSgA's key strategies, investment themes and strategic initiatives is essential, along with our policies and procedures relating to client facing personnel. The SRM will work effectively with internal stakeholders in portfolio management, legal/compliance, operations, product development, junior resources and senior management to position SSgA positively in the marketplace and service our client relationships successfully. Travel will be 50-75% of the time within the western 13 states and headquarters in Boston, MA.
