KIT digital is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter / HR Administrator based in Manhattan with a proven track record of identifying and attracting extraordinary technical talent, while providing an awesome candidate experience throughout the recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding process.
Reports to
Global Head of HR
Responsibilities
Mine, source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles (Java Developers, Mobile Developers, PHP Developers, QA Analysts, and Project Managers)
Administer assessments, conduct reference checks, negotiate, and close candidates
“Hunt” passive candidates
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Track all recruiting and pipeline statistics and report them to management weekly
Develop “breakthrough” improvements to the local recruiting process
Understand business and market conditions and ensure the candidate pipeline stays at appropriate levels to accommodate the anticipated demand
Partner with hiring managers to gain a solid understanding of the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS
Own the HR generalist duties in the NY office (including onboarding, new hire paperwork, and assisting with terminations)
Identify areas of improvement within the recruiting and HR process and reccomend changes
Follow all state and federal employment laws
Requirements:
BS / BA Degree
Excellent / advanced oral and written English ability. Additional knowledge of other languages is a big plus
Minimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in a small to medium sized technology company that was experiencing rapid growth
Able to overcome adversity and challenges while keeping a positive attitude
Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of the organization
Excellent presentation, organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
An expert in full lifecycle recruiting including: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
Knowledge of local employment laws
