Job Description The RDP typically involves four three-month rotational assignments through at least four departments. Training in this program will allow the Associate to gain experience or insight into a career at HealthSpring. The Training Program requires a project be assigned to the employee at each rotation and a presentation to be prepared and presented at the end of each rotation. The program consists of intensive on-the-job training in healthcare informatics, leadership and business skills. Participants will perform actual job duties of the role they placed into, which may include performing a SOX audit, contract negotiations, and/or preparing and presenting data to physicians to name a few. The program provides participants with opportunities to make a measurable impact on the HealthSpring business. Participants have the unique opportunity to work with colleagues across departments on important projects in a wide variety of areas. Participants have high levels of access to senior level business leaders, while fostering personal development through mentoring and coaching.

. The full time Rotational Development Program will allow an individual the opportunity to work in several departments before moving into a permanent role within the organization. The program typically involves three-month rotational assignments through at least four main areas: Accounting/Finance, Physician Relations, Contracting, Data Analytics, Sales/Marketing, or Health Services. Training in this program will allow the Associate to gain experience and insight into a career at HealthSpring.

A project is assigned to an individual at the beginning of each rotation. The individual will present project findings in a presentation to senior management at the conclusion of each assignment. Projects will offer individuals intensive on-the-job training in healthcare informatics, leadership and business skills. Participants will perform actual job duties of the role they placed into, which may include performing a SOX audit, contract negotiations, and/or preparing and presenting data to physicians, to name a few.

. Requirements Minimum Requirements:

Students graduating from an undergraduate or MBA program with a concentration in finance, accounting, marketing, insurance, business, or related field. Strong business acumen. Solid leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven analytical ability and attention to detail. High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Must be willing to relocate after program’s completion.
