Account Manager/Contract Staffing

Summary
Works with clients to identify and fill open contract opportunities. Maintain professional follow-up and quality assurance with both clients and contract employees, consistent with regulatory compliance and MSN policies, procedures and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Essential duties include but are not limited to)

Takes contract opening requests from facilities. Determine current need and look for additional business opportunities.

Create interest and increase employee pool for potential contract employees. This includes but is not limited to recruitment of new employees and follow-up on inactive employees.

Coordinates and processes calls/notifications for contract openings. Initiates and maintains documentation as needed including but not limited to: Employee contracts and weekly contract reports as determined by Branch/Office Manager. Input employee schedules and changes as needed.

Collaborate with Branch Manager to set goals for weekly revenue.

Build relationships with both clients and employees by performing as a sounding board and liaison between facility and MSN as needed. Make client and employee contact to monitor satisfaction and services.

This position will have direct contact with clients and field staff on a daily basis. Will communicate changes that effect the branch, as required.

Offers 4-13 week assignment opportunities to qualified health care staff to fill client openings. Replace qualified staff to fill requests as needed.

Communication – Able to communicate clearly and professionally orally and in writing. Able to communicate sales and marketing strategies in presentation form and deliver to executive team.

Conflict management skills – Communicate with a variety of personalities and temperaments while remaining professional and calm.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience in a similar role.

Familiarity with community resources and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Experience with business to consumer service industry (preferably in the Healthcare industry).

Position requires strong sales acumen and excellent customer services skills.
