Responsible for providing the Human Resources department and its internal and external clients with a wide variety of administrative and receptionist support. Maintain company and personnel records and follow administrative and company policies.

Computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases.
Good oral and written communication and analytical skills.
Ability to meet stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of secretarial/administrative experience required.
