Partial Job Description
1) Manage high pace work environment and supervise 2 - 3 high-speed production lines
2) Ensure production and quality control are well versed in controllable methodology such as - 5S, Six Sigma, process improvement, root cause, lean manufacturing or other
3) Adhere to and enforce production according to all GMP and HACCP Specifications
4) Ensure proper use of manufacturing line equipment - fillers, cappers, labelers, shrink benders and conveyors
5) Identify and follow exact standards for all production orders and requirements
6) Create, log and manage inventory of all raw material department through use of accurate MS Excel spread sheets as well as additional charts and forms
