Primary contact for clinic staff on Allscripts Practice Management (APM) software. Perform template maintenance and consultation. Train APM functions to clinic and Patient Access Center personnel. Assist in preparation and distribution of APM reports. Perform monthly audits. This position will manage existing databases and interpret data related to APM activity

Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions and prioritize requests.
Preferred Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of related work experience or the equivalent.
Knowledge of UK HealthCare systems policies and procedures
APM Template Management and Scheduling experience preferred.
Significant knowledge of APM, AEHR, UK Patient Management, and charge entry preferred.
