Sodexo is seeking an Administrative Assistant on the campus of a small Graduate college in Southern Vermont.
This is a year round position supporting 4 departments.
The administrative assistant will be responsible for supporting the General Manager at the unit with general office duties.

Under limited supervision, provides general secretarial and administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Work is generally straightforward and administrative in nature. Requires a working knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Work may occasionally involve handling confidential and sensitive material. Exercises some independent judgment and reasoning within established guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
