Dordt College is currently seeking applications for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management. This is an administrative staff position within the Office of Admissions. The Vice President for Enrollment Management leads enrollment activities for the college, including management of admissions staff and coordination of activities with Public Relations, Academic Affairs, Co-Curricular Programs, and Financial Aid. Building a high-quality and clear brand position and positive image identity—both in reality and in the minds of prospective students and parents is key. Coaching people, building cross-functional teams, leading change/innovation, strategic planning, researching and analyzing trend data, and project management are essential skills. Great communication—directly with small and large groups both on- and off-campus and indirectly through written, digital, web, and other means is also of utmost importance for success.
