Aerotech is seeking a Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineer to develop embedded motion control algorithms. The software algorithms are written in the C programming language and execute in real-time on a Windows-based PC. The software communicates with Windows, executes user programs, plans motion paths, and transfers data to and from network-based servo drives.
You must have a BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, and 0-5 years of experience. You must be well-versed in formal methods of programming design, implementation, testing, and documentation and have excellent communication skills.
Experience with servo systems, analog and digital I/O, device drivers, or real-time operating systems is a plus.
