The Associate Project Coordinator (APC) plays a critical, non-client-facing support role by performing essential production activities as a member of a project management team. Project activities include client data management, project scoping and setup, bid preparation, project file organization, and other related tasks for processing client projects.

The APC works closely under the supervision of a senior team member and contributes to a consistent and reliable project execution.

This position is located in our Lafayette/Denver, Colorado office.

Skills/Qualifications
  • Completed four-year college/university degree required
  • Advanced technical and computer skills required
  • Fluent communication skills of written and verbal English required
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
  • Superb ability to multi-task
  • Thrives in deadline-driven and fast-paced environments
  • Able to work in a team
  • Can learn and master new technology quickly
  • Verbal and written fluency in at least one foreign language a plus
  • Experience with desktop publishing applications (e.g., Word, FrameMaker, etc.) a plus
