The position is located in Houston, Texas, working the company's Fayetteville Shale unconventional gas project. Responsibilities: Coordinate the planning and budgeting efforts related to development of the Fayetteville Shale asset. Duties include managing monthly reconciliations of production, capital, operational and well performance, and financial analysis to annual budget metrics. Requires interaction with varied multi-disciplinary team members. Strategic capital planning through the integration of necessary groups to optimize capital efficiency and maximize value within a budget year and assist in developing a long term development plan. Full cost/well performance/economic post-analysis Intra-field development planning.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Preference B.S. in Petroleum Engineering)
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
5 plus years direct experience in gas reservoir engineering including: well performance prediction, decline curve analysis, risk assessment, economic analysis, and reserve analysis. Must be a self starter, capable of developing ideas independently but also have the interpersonal skills to be a good team player, work with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills.
