Responsibilities: Manage the Manufacturing Engineering Statement of Work for UMS programs at Northrop Grumman’s Rancho Bernardo site located in Southern California. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will provide the capabilities and oversight to ensure cost effective and consistent application of functional processes and procedures in the execution of day to day operations. Each program will have unique manufacturing engineering requirements based on the program phase being supported (production, development or maintenance). This will require the development and implementation of new processes, procedures & strategies to develop a more cost effective, efficient and skilled organization to support these program phases. The selected candidate will also be responsible for all aspects of department management to include, performance reviews, training, budgets and schedules. Position will manage approximately 15 Manufacturing Engineers at multiple locations
Basic Qualifications: 7 Years Experience and BS/BA Degree or equivalent years of experience. Secret Security Clearance required.
