The Kelliher Center in Arlington, MA a Day Habilitation Program suppporting medically challenged and developmentally disabled adults is seeking one Full Time Habilitation Specialist.
Responsibilities'
C oordinating and implementing social, recreational, and vocational activities through outings,
Supporting individuals with in-house work, volunteer work
Facilitating group discussions
Requirements
Flexible, creative, outgoing •1-2 years experience working with people with disabilities. •Experience working with people with behavioral plans and behavioral needs •Experience running groups or leading people in organized activities •Bachelors degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field •Experience with data collection and note writing •Basic computer skills
