Under general supervision of the Vice President of Student Affairs, provides a variety of moderate to complex administrative support duties and technical support duties for the Enrollment Management Department. Will be responsible for providing front-line customer service in a high volume area. Receives and directs all calls to the appropriate person and distributes information to prospective students.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
An associate degree; or a high school diploma and two (2) years of related work experience. Requires the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 words per minute, basic knowledge of grammatical rules, and clerical format is preferred. Must possess effective interpersonal skills, initiative, a positive attitude, and professional image.
An associate degree in Office Systems Technology; ability to type at a corrected rate of 55 words per minute, knowledge of grammatical rules, and clerical format is preferred.
