Litigation Services Trainer (CONTRACT POSITION)
Primary Job Function:
Train clients, on a project-by-project basis, on how to use Litigation Solutions products.
Litigation Solutions include: CaseMap, TextMap, Concordance, Concordance FYI, and LAW PreDiscovery.
Delivery methods include customized small-group training and consulting, and Web-based training.
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years experience in a role that included some training, preferably group sessions.
Litigation industry experience required.
CaseMap, Concordance, and LAW PreDiscovery experience required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and facilitation skills with people of different backgrounds
and personality styles.
Self-starter / able to resolve problems, set goals, and meet performance objectives with little oversight.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Deliver training and consulting via on-site sessions and the Web.
Take ownership of each training/consulting situation to ensure customers have a great experience and acquire the skills necessary to use the product in their role or for a particular case.
For on-site and consulting engagements, conduct pre-consulting/training analysis, delving into customer technical and business requirements for session(s) and documenting scope and objectives.
Develop your knowledge of best practices and industry trends to share with clients.
Demonstrate mastery of the software product(s) you teach and associated course curriculum.
