Inside Sales Representative (French speaking) Provide internal support to outside sales professionals, external product and service support to dental professionals in US and Canada, and sell the Philips Oral Healthcare portfolio to dental professionals over the phone. Key Areas of Responsibility Inside Sales position is primarily responsible for taking incoming calls from customers, offering products in a consultative manner, and matching customer needs with the Philips Oral Healthcare Portfolio. Sales Representatives will additionally be responsible for up selling and cross selling our products, improving the customer experience, and positively interacting with other departments to resolve customer concerns and complaints. The Inside Sales Representative- must also be skilled in written and oral communication. The Inside Sales Representative is a critical component of the Philips Oral Healthcare sales function to our Dental Professional offices. They work in partnership with their Fields Sales counter parts to maximize sales and customer service for Dental Professionals nationwide.
      Travel: Occasional travel to a Dental Trade Show to support sales and customer facing events
      · Knowledge and understanding of the product promotions, and the ability to communicate them effectively to our customers.

      EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

      Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or 1 to 3 years of documented sales success in inside sales or B2B capacity. Must be fluent (speak, read, write) in French.

      LANGUAGE SKILLS

      Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees of the organization.

      MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

      Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
