Job Responsibilities

Service production and drilling accounts

Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process

Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers

Support business development efforts directly

Cultivate and grow customer base

Maximize financial results

Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction

Perform warehouse and or driver dutites when required


Job Requirements

Computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word)

SAP knowledge

Positive and aggressive attitude

Detail-oriented, organized and analytical

Understanding of and total commitment to Distribution's processes

Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to receive direction

Drilling and/or production knowledge is a must

Oral and written communication skills, both internal and external

Relationship-building abilities with both customers and co-workers

Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment

Strong work ethic and integrity

Presentation and negotiation skills a must

Strategic Intent

Exceed customer expectations in service requirements while maintaining 100% on-time deliveries and 100% order accuracy. Maximize operating profits while gaining market share through superior customer service.
