The Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of the operations. The successful candidate will achieve performance measures and goals by creating a culture of highly engaged professional, customer focused employees, who exceed all performance goals.Essential Job ResultsDirecting, developing and coordinating strategy for cost-effective, profitable customer contact center operations. Ensure that business goals are met by establishing and tracking metrics.
Analyze current business practices and processes to identify process improvement opportunities. Develop improved sales processes and methods to meet and exceed sales objectives. Manage all staff training and development to insure a highly performing team. Improve staff morale and retention.Skills/Requirements Minimum 10 years call center experience.
Minimum of 5 years management experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in all facets of call center operations. Must have thorough knowledge of the operating components related in running a contact center, including all of the infrastructure technologies, procedures and call handling tools.
Demonstrated financial and budgeting acumen with corresponding financial accountability. Extensive process improvement and change management experience.
