Manages the system-wide Nutrition and Patient Service departments and functions including Clinical Nutrition; patient, staff and community education; enteral-parenteral nutrition delivery. Works with administrators, directors, managers, supervisors and team members to meet the nutritional needs of patients. Monitors staff activities in each functional area to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness and appropriate patient clinical care. Collaborates with others in developing strategic plans for clinical service lines.
