As a Business Analyst on the Personal Markets Claims Workforce Management team, you will use business and technical knowledge to participate in Field Operation capacity planning, forecasting, modeling, and analytics.

Responsibilities:
Evaluates and models data and provides reports, analyses and recommendations to enhance business results.
Analyzes and documents business problems of moderate complexity.
Coordinates delivery of information, analysis and recommendations to field Claims offices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 year related experience. General knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow.
Skills in object, data and process modeling; financial analysis and planning; business value analysis; business process design; predictive modeling and data analytics.
Negotiation skills; oral and written communication skills.
Advanced SAS EG, Excel or IEX experience preferred.
Knowledge of Personal Market Claims or Claims data preferred.
