The American Association of Immunologists (AAI), a non-profit professional biomedical association, seeks a motivated individual with strong organizational skills to coordinate and provide support for the management of meetings and courses.

Attention to detail with strong writing and communication skills required. Excellent use of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Access; and working knowledge of database software is required. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in meeting planning. Knowledge of scientific society meetings preferred; CMP is a plus. Overtime and the ability to travel will be required as needed.
