High School/GED

Under the direction of the CE Engineers, Leads or Operations Manager, applies knowledge and expertise through the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, calibration and repair of medical equipment. Position requires knowledge of troubleshooting, reading technical manuals and understanding schematics.

High School Diploma required; Certificates in Electronics, Computer Science or Biomedical fields of study preferred. One (1) year of work experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic equipment; One (1) year of work experience in medical equipment repair or 2 years of work experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic equipment preferred. Must have the ability to troubleshoot electronics. Must be familiar with safety principles.
