The company recycles the tires in an environmentally friendly way, and the process produces recycled rubber that the marketplace can reuse for a host of innovative products.

Our continued growth has created an opportunity to add additional Inbound / Inside Sales Representative s in our Midlothian Texas office. Th is position will be responsible for fostering growth and maintaining our customer relatio nships in areas of Texas and Oklahoma . This position reports directly to a site General Manager while work ing closely with the out side sales team .

Responsibilities:
Secure entire inbound product line to targeted accounts. Must develop and create strong awareness to prospective customers.
U nderstand and assess customers’ business objectives, strategies and , customer requirements .
I dentifying Liberty Tire’s competitive advantage .
C reating a value proposi tion for potential customer.
Overall, account management including contract planning/implementation/renewal and sales forecasting. This role is focused on securing tire flow and profitability.
Account Load: Regional “D” Customers 3000 – 5000 active accounts plus prospects with approximate revenue ranging from $5 M to $10 M.
Make 70-80 outbound calls per day and meet weekly and monthly goals.
Manage pricing initiative to include price increases .
Daily/Weekly reporting .

Requirements:
Required: GED with a minimum of 2 years in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business account management. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing plus 3-years of progressive and successful business-to-business sales and account management activity.
Deep level of product knowledge across product lines (breadth) .
At least one year experience making outbound calls at high volume levels (70-80 per day) .
In-depth understanding of customer goals, objectives, strategies, and competitive situation .
Understand customers’ decision making processes, buyers, and influences .
Develop effective product solutions for customers .
